US Federal Government has launched a new website for reverse auctions, wherein the Department of State, Department of Defense, and other agencies have started to use this authorized Federal Government website to procure products and services.

Reverse auctions are structured competitive bidding events where two or more suppliers place bids to supply goods or services that drive the price lower throughout the event. There are many variations and business rules that can be set for reverse auctions and there is also some overlap with other sourcing tools like RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.

As the Internet has grown, reverse auctions have evolved as an efficient and structured way to conduct online negotiations with suppliers. Reverse auctions have completely revolutionized the way that many government buyers conduct business. For federal government agencies, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) no longer contain any ambiguities about whether or not reverse auctions are prohibited.   1. The company / small business must be active on sam.gov to proceed further.

  2. Assist the company/ small business for a period of 3 or 6 months for 3 or 5 different products or services related to the US FED Government Reverse Auction

  3. Assist companies / small businesses to become Prime Contractors with the US Fed Government.

  4. Train company / small business employees or executives (1-3) concerning US FED Government Reverse Auction protocols on the new Fed Govt website.

  5. Assisting the company / small business to become a Prime contractor with the US FED Government directly.

  6. Draft technical proposal template for the new Fed Govt website for Reverse Auction.

  7. We are identifying issues for compliance with US Fed Govt to become the Prime Contractor.

  8. Draft documents.

  9. Coordinate efforts with the company’s / small business representative for filling appropriate NAICS and PSC Codes with US FED Govt.

  10. Payment processing.
